Because of the weather and because Lisbon is at the ocean

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

5 months, I received 1850€.

What is the student lifestyle like in Lisbon?

I think students here are always late and sometimes don't have respect to teachers. They are really easy going

Would you recommend the city and the University of Lisbon to other students?

Yes of course! Lisbon is great and studying is much different like in Poland for example.

What is the food like?

Honestly for me food here is not good. The best what I have eaten from portuguese cuisine is bacalhau but this typical.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Lisbon?

Not only for me but it was very difficult to find an accommodation. I had one booked but two days before my coming to Lisbon the landlord cancelled my booking.

How much does it cost to live in Lisbon?

I don't really know. But I pay 230 € for double room.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language is hard but I'm attending to portuguese course. It's from university but I had to pay for that but I have ECTS points.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lisbon from your city?

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lisbon?

Bairro Alto :)

Alfama is the most beautiful zone in Lisbon

Start learning Portuguese language before coming to Lisbon
