Why did you choose to go to Cluj-Napoca, Romania?

I didnt have a big choice, I could go to Turkey or Romania so I decided to go to Cluj -it was the best choice !!! :)

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I been in Cluj for 10 months. I got 300 euro per month

What is the student lifestyle like in Cluj-Napoca?

student lifestyle was great! there are lot of Pubs and Clubs you not gonna be bored for sure

Would you recommend the city and the University of Cluj-Napoca to other students?

University of Cluj is really good, and level of study is very high. You dont get marks for free!

What is the food like?

I didnt like romanian food. I tried it but it wasnt good.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Cluj-Napoca?

If u live in student house u pay about 40 euro per month, if u want to rent a room its about 100 euro + bills

How much does it cost to live in Cluj-Napoca?

about 400 euro

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

romanian language was not easy for me. i was attended to intensive romanian course which was quite good and i could touch a lot.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Cluj-Napoca from your city?

Bus was the cheapest options

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Cluj-Napoca?

everything depends on music u like. everyone can find something for themself

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Cluj-Napoca in the future?

If u go for erasmus! go for one year! not for one semester! After few days in this lovely city u want back to ur country.The best experiance, wonderful, friendly and helpfull people! It will be the best year in ur life so enjoy it:)
