The kindness of a stranger

I was struggling to find a way to go to my meeting because my phone went dead even though the battery level showed 19% and I didn't remember the name of the place (not recommended to depend on google map without writing down the name of the place on a notebook).
I couldn't find anyone on the way having a portable charger. A lady approached me and asked if I needed help. I asked to borrow her phone to access my email to check for the address of the meeting. She handed me her phone and let me use it while she continued working. 
She then even asked her friend to use his phone to call the company organised the event for me.
She gave me a big hug and congratulated me to finally sort it out.

I walked home and still felt the warmth of her hug and kindness.

Let's not only feel the kindness but and demonstrate it today, everyday.
