I got the opportunity to work in a wonderful hotel in Bristol during 3 months as a receptionist. This experience allowed me to meet gorgeous people!
During this work experience I had to complete these tasks :
- Welcome and inform guests
- Contribute to guest satisfaction
- Check in/ check out
- Dealing the reservations
- Handle objections and customer complaints
- Handle invoicing and taking payments
