Your great day can be designed:

5 ENERGETIC items (WATER model) to be energetic everyday. 5. R: Reason What is your REASON for living every day! It may come from your WHY/PASSION/MISSION for living in life. Ask yourself when you wake up everyday: - What are you going to learn? - What are you going to create? - Who are you going to serve? 4. E: Exercise Exercise accounts for 30% and food/drink decide 70% of your health. Exercise increases productivity. The hardest part is to START doing it! Just remember ANYTHING is better than nothing! Be consistent EVERYDAY! 3. T: Triggers Create triggers like phone alarm/notes about your BEST SELF. Whenever the triggers pop up, you re-energize. 2. A: Action Take at least three determined actions everyday to move you towards your WHY/REASON. 1. W: Water Listen to your body to decide how much water to take.
