1. Do what you feel the most interest
Act on your own interest. For example, if you say 'travelling to new country is scary' that means you tell yourself that you don't want to do it. You want to say 'it gonna be exciting'
2. To avoid pain and gain pleasure
If you associate an experience with pain, your mind does not want you to do it anymore. You need to associate it with pleasure (celebrating small win)
