Vegetable soup


INGREDIENTS
500 gr of sweet potatoes
1 onion
1/2 leek
1.2 l of water
100 g of broccoli
1 carrot
150 g cauliflower
1/2 cabbage heart
1/2 courgette
Olive oil and salt

PREPARATION
Peel the potatoes, onions and cut them in pieces, as well as the leek. Sauté everything in olive oil and season with salt, sprinkle with water.
Simmer until the vegetables are cooked, remove from heat and mash. Strain through a sieve and network light the fire again.
Cut the remaining vegetables into small pieces and add them to the soup. Cook over low heat until they bake, stirring occasionally to not grab. Rectify the seasoning, remove the soup and serve drizzled with a little olive oil.
