Traditional Tzatziki

  1. 1 kg drained yoghurt
  2. 1 cucumber grated
  3. 3-5 scrambled garlic (depends on taste)
  4. A little dill
  5. Salt and oil (depends on taste)


We put the yoghurt in a bowl. We pour the grated cucumber to the bowl , to which we have previously shed salt and smeared it. Dab the garlic or rub it on the grater and put it in our mixture. Finally, pour the dill, the oil and salt. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours before consuming it!
