Blog: Easy scrambled eggs

Strapatsada  , aka scrambled eggs with tomato , is a really easy recipe for any fast , quick and tasty meal. My momade recipe goes like that :

Preparation time : 15′

Rate of Difficalty : Easy

Ingredients for 2 servings

3-4 matured tomatoes ( shredded in the grater or in the multinex )

3 eggs

pepper , salt ,  3 Tsp olive oil ,  1/2 lass of water and feta cheese (by wish)


Put the tomatoes in the pan.

Pour the water and let it boil until there are no fluids.

Mix the eggs in the pan and then add the olive oil , the salt and the pepper.

Let them boil for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Serve with any kind of cheese you prefer.

Enjoy your meal !
