Hey guys hope you are all doing fine. This is my first blog post over here and I'm really not sure of what write or how to begin with. So please forgive me if something is wrong. Having finished a serious exam today at the university I just thought I would just relax myself up by writing here.

Returning back home I was really really hungry and I just thought that I would cook something spicy to eat today and I'm sharing my recipe of making a Spicy Indian Fish Curry over here. So to begin with lets make a note of the ingredients needed for making this yummy dish.!

1] Fish [Any fish you like] 500gms

2] Onions 4 nos

3] Tomato 2 nos

4] Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tea spoon

5] Green Chillies 2 nos

6] Oil as needed

7] Salt to taste

8] Chilli powder 2 to 3 table spoon

9] Corriander powder 2 tea spoon

10] Tamarind paste 2 table spoon

11] cloves, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon

12] Turmeric Powder 2 tea spoon

So keeping all these ingredients ready we are ready to cook. Lets begin with the procedure now. First of all you may have to cut the fishes into small pieces in sizes you wish. Wash them with water and marinade them with a smal quantity of salt and 2 tea spoons of turmeric powder and keep them aside. Now cut the onions, tomatoes and chillies into small pieces.

After this keep the vessel in which you want to make the curry in a stove and ignite it. Add some oil in it and wait for it to heat up. Into the hot oil add two bay leaves, 2 table spoons of cumin seeds, 2 small sticks of cinnamon and 4 cloves. Make sure that you keep the stove in low flame inorder to prevent your spices from getting scorched. Once they turn a light golden brown add the cut onions and sautte them until they become golden brown. After that add the cut chillies and also 2 tea spoons of ginger garlic paste [ Fresh ginger and 4 to 5 cloves of garlic may also be used instead of the paste] and continue to sautte. In a few minutes add the chopped tomatoes mix it with the rest of the mixture and leave it to cook until the tomatoes shrink and gets blended with the rest of the mixture. To it now add the marinaded fish pieces and mix it well. Add 2 to 3 table spoons of chilli powder depending on taste, salt to taste, 2 to 3 table spoons of corriander powder and mix it well. You may even add a little pepper powder if you want the flavour but its good even without it. Add 2 to 3 cups of water ie, to a level upto which the fishes gets immersed in it and let it boil for 5 mins. Dissolve two table spoons of tamarind paste in a little water and keep it ready. If you don't have the paste you may either skip it or you can soak raw tamarind .in hot water for a couple of minutes and take the juice from it. Now add this tamarind paste into the curry that is on the stove and mix it well. Check if the taste of the curry is okay after two minutes and if not add some chili powder and salt to match it to your taste. Leave the curry to cook for another ten to fifteen minutes such that the fish gets fuly cooked. After this time some amount of water gets vaporized and the curry will become a little thick, if not leave it for few more minutes and stirr it in between. When the curry condenses to a level that you like take it off the stove and now you may taste your own Spicy Indian Fish Curry.\

I'm sorry again guys if I had made any errors on my writing because this is the first time I write a recipe and its quite new for me. Hope you all would try it once and taste it. Bon appetit..!
