Soup with tarragon

The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine.

in this article I want to tell you about this other recipe, which I find pretty delicious and very useful in many situations. Well, this is a soup and as you know, soups are good for your health and it's just really necessary to have them prepared from time to time, because our bodies need some hidration, if you want to know the truth.

So that, preparing this soup of tarragon is a pretty good idea if you love vegetables and if you want to have something healthy for the dinner or whatever it is.

You know, we usually don't have soups at home or in our daily diet, so that we just eat those dry dishes like salads or fast food, etc, and it's not that good to just have them for lunch and dinner and breakfast and we need some soups, too.

Well, anyways, let me tell you about the preparation of this soup with tarragon.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes, 3-4 medium
  • onions, 2-3 medium
  • Garlic, 4-5 cloves
  • Oil, or butter, 100 grams
  • Carrots, 2-3 medium
  • Tarragon, 50 grams
  • Parsley, 20 grams
  • Coriander, 20 grams
  • eggs, 3-4 medium
  • salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation process

Well, the preparation process is not that difficult as it is in most of the soups, however, it still needs some time and effort , but not as much as other things.

Well, first of all, you should peel the potatoes and have them washed andcut it into small pieces. After that, you can add some water so that it will cover the potatoes and let the water get boiled. When it's boiled, you can just have it like that until the potato pieces are cooked and that's when they get softer, of course. And, well, they should get very soft, if you want to know the truth.

After that, you should take the onions and peel them and wash them and chop them and I do that with my chopper blender, which does that job pretty well, however, it's not like it needs much of chopping, but, this chopper blender is very good with many onions, that need chopping.

After that, you can also take the garlic and peel its cloves and have them squashed .

You should then have those chopped onions and squashed garlicin the frying pan with some oil or butter in it and you should cook them until they are golden in colour. You can also add some salt to them.

In the meantime, you can take the carrots and peel them and wash them and shred them on the shredder or have them in the chopper, if you want to, because having them on the shredder isnot that easy as it is in the chopper.

After that , you can add the shredded carrots to the frying pan to the onions and garlic and have them cooked together.

After a couple of minutes of cooking, you should take this mixture and add it to the saucepan , where you have the cooking potatoes and you should have everything cooked together that way.

In the meantime, you can have the tarragon washed and you should take its leaves and chop them and add them to the dish.

You should also take the herbs, such as the parsley and coriander and fennel and peppermint and wash them and chop them and add them to the dish in the saucepan , too.

After that, you can beat the eggs and have them whisked in a separate bowl and then you can add them to the dish in the saucepan while whisking, so that you won't have the eggs stuck on each other.

Well, then you can season the dish with some salt and ground black pepper, if you want to, and you can just turn the gas off and let the dish get assembles by putting the lid on the saucepan and having it like that for some time.

Well, you may think, that it's not a real soup or it may not be as delicious, as i'm telling you, however, once you taste this soup, you will change your mind and you willl unederstand, that it's a pretty delicious dish and it's really worth preparing. and, besides, the ingredients are just vegetables and there are not some bad ingredients or jusnk food, which should be avoided and it's a very healthy dish in that case.

So that, I really recommend having this dish prepared and having it eaten from time to time, because it's a really good one and you won't be unsatisfied with your choice of preparing this soup. I must say, that at first, I didn't believe, that this soup would be that good, however, after preparing and tasting it, I realised, that it was a really good thing to have it at lunch or dinner and that's why I'm recommending it to you. And, well, you should know, that it's better to eat that soup after some hours of preparing it, because at that time, the dish is pretty much assembled and everything is just very delicious in that case.
