Soup cauliflower

The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine!

in this article I want to tell you about this other recipe, which is a pretty good one, especially for our health, because it's with vegetables and pretty good ones, if you want to know the truth.

Well, to be honest, it's not something, that people don't like, because it's a soup, and , besides, it's a really delicious one. You know, it's not just getting some soups daily, but it's also some useful vegetables in them, so that we can not only get the water, but also some reallly good vitamins and stuff like that.

Of course, there are people, who don't really like soups or cauliflower, hoever, I must tell you, that it's a really good thing to have this cauliflower soup prepared at home.

so that, let me tell you about the preparation of this dish.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower, 1 medium
  • Carrot, 1 medium
  • Onion, 1 medium
  • Fresh coriander, 20 grams
  • Fresh Parsley, 20 grams
  • Fresh fennel, 20 grams
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation process

  1. So, the preparation process is very easy, because it doesn't have those ingredients, which need to be cooked previously or something like that. It's just that the cauliflower needs much washing, because there can be something inside those things on the cauliflower and that's just it. You know, I don't like cauliflower because of that, however, it' s not a big deal, of course, and everyone can handle some small cauliflower.
  2. So that, you should buy that cauliflower, which has its green leaves on it, however, usually you don't need those green leaves for the dish.

  4. Well, when you "peel " the cauliflower from those green leaves, you can cut it into small pieces and wash them thoroughly. After that, you can boil some water into a saucepan and when the water boils, you can just add the salt and then you should put the cauliflower pieces into the water and cook them. It only needs some minutes for the cauliflower pieces to get boiled, if you want to know the truth. To be honest, sometimes people just cook the whole cauliflower and when it's halfway cooked, they just take it out of the water and let it get cooled down and then they cut it into small pieces.
  5. In the meantime, you can take the carrot and peel it and wash it and you shoould then shred the carrot.I usually shred it in my chopper-blender and that's just easier to do than shred it on the shredder, of course.

  7. You shoul also take the onion and peel it and wash it and chop it and i do that with my chopper-blender , too. It's just very easy to do that in that chopper blender, because that way it just needs a simple click on the button and everything's ready and chopped in no time and without any tears.
  8. So that, when you have shredded the carrot and chopped the onions ,, you can pour some oil on the frying pan and heat it and then you should add those shredded carrot and chopped onion to the frying pan and you should cook them for a while, until the onion pieces get golden in colour. you can also add some salt and ground black pepper to the frying pan and that way it will have a better taste, than it would have without those things.
  9. After that, you can take those cauliflower pieces and add them to the carrot and onion pieces in the frying pan and cook them together.
  10. When the cauliflower and carrots and onions are cooked, you should add them to that saucepan, where you cooked the cauliflower and so that, you can prepare the soup that way.Well, if you don't want to have that cauliflower stock added to the dish and prepare the soup that way, then you can just boil some water and have it added to the dish. You can then have the soup on a low heat and cook it for some time and meanwhile it will get thicker. You an also add some flour or cornflour for it to get thicker, if you want to. However, some people just like it that way and don't add anything for it to get thicker or anything like that.
  11. Well, until the soup gets ready, you can prepare the herbs. You can take the parsley and coriander and fennel and wash them and chop them and then you can just add them to the dish just some minutes after the dish is finnished cooking. You know, it's really a great idea if you just add some salt to the dish when it starts cooking or in the middle of it. Well, it's recommended to add the salt at the end of the cooking, however, I don't really like the idea of adding the salt at the end, because then it needs some time for the salt to get into the ingredients, however it's still not a problem to have it that way.
  12. Well, you can add those chopped herbs until the dish is ready and then you can turn the gas off after a minute or so. It's really good to have this dish after some hours or some time later, because then it has this taste assembled and it's better that way, of course.
  13. So that, this is about this cauliflower soup, which is a great thingfor having at home on daily basis, because it's good, it's delicious, it's light and it's a soup, so that you should have it prepared and eaten.
