Soup - heart cabbage

Ingredients:

1 leek
4 potatoes
1 onion
2 carrots (large)
1 broccoli
1 cabbage beef heart
1 chorizo red
1 churiço black
Salt and oil q.s.

Preparation:

Place the boiling water. However, cutting all the vegetables go miudinhos, washing everything. Then, when the water is boiling, pour all vegetables except cabbage beef heart. Pour a little olive oil and season to taste.
Cut the sausages into slices and set aside.
When the vegetables are cooked mash. Then add the cabbage and beef heart sausages. When everything is cooked, turn off the heat and serve.
