Blog: Easy Cooking, Easy Life
Tags: Erasmus recipes

Well for starters I want to talk a little bit about this blog I am going to start. My Mum is almost never home so I always had to make something up to cook for my siblings, at first my recipes weren't so tasty but very fast I became kind of good. Every time I cooked I asked myself if it would be good? or really bad? will my siblings like it? or just eat some bread with Nutella? So every meal became a challenge to me, adding excitement and fun to cooking. So even when my Mum was home I wanted to cook, unless I was really lazy. But it gave me a lot of training and experience. Now I easily can cook you a decent meal out of nothing in 20 minutes.Because that was the other thing, due to the limited time of Mum, and no car most of the time we had no shopping done, I had to learn to do something tasty out of nothing. I have to say I managed better than I could have expected.

My sister works as a graphic designer and does a lot of stuff after work, wich takes a lot of her time. She also has a very fast metabolism wich means she needs a lot of food. Contrary to me she really doesn't like to cook and manages to screw up a meal even with the best ingredients. Thus we made a deal! I would cook and prepare easy meals for her every week. In return, she saves me when I get in trouble on my various travels, wich happens rather often.
This kind of inspired me to create this blog, because now I have to create all these fast and easy meals, that hold for a week and still are tasty.

So basically I will write about the recipes I will do for my sister, some other that I will invent, they will not be so easy to make but still be good, hopefully!

This said if you are in a foreign country or a student with way too much to study or with so many hobbies that you find no time to cook decent meals I hope you find something in this blog wich will help you, to still eat balanced without spending all day in the kitchen!
Cheers!
