Salmon with chili sauce

In this article I want to tell you about this recipe, which is a very simple and delicious one and it’s a very healthy dish, I must say.
This dish is the salmon fillets in a delicious sauce, which is a perfect combination of these two and I just found out about it recently and when I prepared it, it tasted so good, that I thought, that I wouldn’t prepare anything else from this dish.
So that, let me tell you about the preparation of this dish.
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets, 3 medium
- Chili sauce, 100 ml
- Green onions, 40 grams
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation process
Well, as I have already told you, the preparation process is very easy and it’s really a great thing to have at home, when you don’t have much time for the preparation of some usual things.
First of all, you should have the green onions washed and chopped in very small pieces and you should have them added to the chili sauce. Well, that chili sauce you can buy in the supermarkets and I usually buy it in Fresco supermarket in Tbilisi, however, you can also decide which chili sauce you want to have it for your dish. Well, to tell you the truth, it’s not that good to have a very spicy sauce for this dish, because then you won’t be able to taste the salmon, which tastes really good without anything else.
So that, after you have mixed the green onions and the chili sauce, you can prepare the salmon next.
Well, you should take the salmon fillets and put it into the bowl. Usually they are frozen when you buy them, so that they will need some time to get unfrozen and you should consider that time, so that you should have them out of the freezer some time earlier that you want to prepare this salmon dish. You should put them into warm water, so that they will get unfrozen faster, or you can just put them into the convection oven if you have one and cook them there or just let them get unfrozen in it and then take them out. And, to be honest, this convection oven is a very good thing for doing such things like unfrozening or cooking the frozen stuff, etc.
Well, when the salmon fillets are unfrozen, you should have them in the bowl and add some salt to them and ground black pepper to your taste and then you can pour the chili sauce with the green onions on them and mix them all together with your hands very well.
After that, you can have the baking pan taken out and you can put that aluminum foil on the baking pan and have the salmon fillets put on it.
You should preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius and have the baking pan put into the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
After that time, the salmon fillets will be well baked and they will smell very good.
You can also do that into your convection oven and it will just be as good as in the electric oven, if you want to know the truth and I usually use the convection oven for that.
So that, the salmon fillets are ready and you can enjoy eating them, because they are pretty good and worth preparing.
