   Potato roll is a super delicious recipe; all you need for a holiday meal.

   Ingredients: 

   300 g of grated Parmesan;

   6 potatoes;

   parsley;

   spinach;

   2 garlic;

   1-kilo ground beef;

   4 tomatoes; 

   paprika ;

   salt;

   pepper;

   ricotta;

   Put into a baking tray with parchment paper parmesan, to cover a bit the paper. On the grated parmesan arrange slices of potatoes and put grated parmesan again on them. These slices put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

   Chop garlic finely and cook in oil. Add 1 kilo of ground beef and cook it until it's brown. Then put parsley, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper for taste. 

   In another pan put oil with spinach and fry it about one minute and then add salt with garlic, it should be ready when it has a color of dark green.

   In a bowl put spinach and mix with 1 cup of ricotta. This mixture is the first filling for our roll, therefore put it above the sliced potatoes when they are ready. The second filling is prepared ground beef, above the ricotta. After this, try carefully to roll the slices of potatoes without ripping them, which should be linked with parmesan. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

   It will make your mouth water.
