Omelet
The introduction
Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing fine! I want to introduce you to my omelet recipe, which I find very awesome, I mean, I really like cooking some stuff and I really love preparing this one.
You know, many people just eat those pancakes in the mornings as their breakfast and I don’t really get why. Of course, they are pretty delicious, however, eating sweet things just when you wake up doesn’t really give you that satiating feeling and then you want to eat some more, I guess, or that’s how I feel when I eat some sweet things in the morning without eating some basic meal until that. Some say, that the breakfast should be the heaviest meal during the whole day and you should eat some more carbohydrates at breakfast, however, some don’t agree with that opinion and I’m really in that dilemma, that I can’t decide, which one to believe and which one is the right one, however, I still believe, that taking food high in proteins are good for us and I usually eat eggs in the mornings because of that.
It’s another popular thing eating muesli or cornflakes or whatever, cereal in the mornings with some milk and stuff and they just love them. You know, I used to eat them in the mornings, too, some years ago and I really loved eating them and I love eating them nowadays, too, however, I still try to eat more proteins than those carbohydrates, because they still appear to be processed food, I guess, if you don’t buy some real cereal and whole cornflakes or oatmeal or whatever. It’s just not very natural, eating those cornflakes or cereal with some milk and, I guess, that was produced for the kids to drink some milk, because children don’t like much milk and they usually don’t drink it. However, when it comes to the cereal and the children already know, that cereal needs to be eaten with some milk, they add some milk to their plate and eat that cereal that way. And you should eat the cereal while it’s not melted in the milk and while it’s still crunchy and that’s what me and most people like about eating cereal _ the stuff there is crunchy.
Anyways, the perfect breakfast is different for many different people and that’s because we all are different individuals and we all have our tastes and minds and thoughts and that’s why we are so diverse and that’s why even most arguments happen, of course.
Well, it’s a basic thing cooking an omelet in the morning, I guess, because everyone knows, that eating eggs in the morning can be very useful for our body and they even say, that when you eat eggs in the morning, then you are satisfied and you don’t feel hungry for quite some time, so that it’s really important to eat some eggs for breakfast and the best thing you can do is to eat hard-boiled eggs. However, many people don’t like those boiled eggs and they prefer eating omelet, and, besides, those omelets have some great taste and have some other ingredients , too, and while the hard-boiled egg is a dry, not a very delicious thing, omelet can be a savior for you.
So, what you need for the omelet.
Ingredients:
- Eggs, 2 medium
- Tomato juice, 2 tablespoons
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Cheese, cheddar, 1 slice
Preparation process
So, if you want to, you can change or skip some of the ingredients, of course. And the main thing here is that there’s not mentioned any oil. Well, that’s true. I don’t use oil for my omelet. I have this tiny frying pan, where I just pour my omelet and let it be on a medium heat and some minutes later, it just comes out itself, I mean, it doesn’t get stuck on the pan or something like that. It’s just really that great.
So, I take those two eggs for my tiny frying pan, because if I take more, it won’t be able to contain all that stuff in there. I beat them one by one directly into the frying pan and then I pour some of that tomato juice, which I find very tasty and then I whisk the mixture.
After that, I add some oregano and paprika and it doesn’t even need any salt, because that tomato juice already has some great taste to give the omelet. And then I add some shredded cheese, however, I don’t always add the cheese to my omelet. It depends on my mood and whether I want cheese to be in my omelet or not.
And so that’s pretty much about my breakfast omelet and I usually eat it a lot in the mornings, because it gives me some strength to go to the lectures and be there for some hours and then, I don’t really want to buy some junk or processed food and I try to come home and eat the meal there, however, it doesn’t always happen that way, so that I have to buy some prepared stuff in the supermarkets or whatsoever, I mean, there are prepared dishes, which you can buy and salads and stuff like that and it’s quite a good idea when you don’t have any other option of eating at home. Well, mostly you would want to buy some fruits or vegetables, but eating them in the street is not that comfortable and, besides, they need some quite washing and there’s no place to wash them in the streets, so that if you even buy them , you won’t be able to wash them. Well, of course, you can buy some water and pour it onto those fruits or vegetables and wash them somehow, though it’s not that good idea after all. So, you should know, that it’s always a great idea to eat some eggs for the breakfast, because it will last long and the hunger won’t bother you for some time.
We, it’s even possible to boil some eggs and have them in a container or something like that and put it in your bag and have it taken with you and eat them whenever you feel you are hungry. However, it’s not that good idea to take the eggs with you , because they can get bitter, if it’s too hot outside or if you have to be in such place, where it’s hot or even warm and , besides, it can have some strange smell, that can be emitted in your bag and around and it will be uncomfortable for everyone, of course . you know, it’s very uncomfortable if you buy some cheese and it all depends on cheese, of course, and there are some types of cheese, which have some special smell and they smell pretty awful and imagine, that you have bought that kind of cheese and you have to travel by bus or any other public transport and you just have to carry that cheese along with you and be aware, that no one likes that smell, but no one can say anything about it, because it’s not your fault, that the cheese has that smell. And everyone is looking forward to seeing you get off the transport, so that they can breathe freely without that horrible smell of cheese!
