Welllll, Pasta....In Georgian language which is a kind of slang from Russian it means pen, we use it for writing which is full of ink.... :))) but if you're on Erasmus.. This is a completely different thing....

?????????

What's that????

This is Pasta.... in Turkish Makaron, in Georgian- Makaron, in English- Macaroni...

But the original one is I t a l i a n (as I know)

Taste- is ... OOuUUUch.... the most delicious one there...

When you don't have any other foods in your fridge or on the kitchen shelf, what to prepare---- P A S T A

Where? on the 3rd floor

With whom? with everyone

Especially with whom? Turkish guys- Bircan, Ali, Ali Sahin and another Turkish guy.. I forgot his difficult name :D

Imagine, afternoon and every evening - we've been meeting each other near my room, in our shared kitchen... with the same things:

Recipe Stuff:

  • Saucepan

  • One spoon

  • Oil

  • For me butter as well(but Turkish people don't like it)

  • Pasta(shape does not matter...thin or thick ones :D :D ;)))

  • Water which is the most important "ingredient" for Pasta

  • And salt tastily( in Georgia it's a very common crazy phrase)

15 mins boiling and it's already done and you can eat even before you serve it to your room :D :D

The phrase- Are you hungry? Eat Pasta!!! Forget stomach ache and dizziness.. After that Feel Full and Fresh :D :D

Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of them but so many crazy memories are still in my mind :)))

But I have some of the unknown dishes pics which are "invented" and mixed by me :D  and just check it out below and understand what kind of ingredients have I been using during my cooking stuff :D :D

Thank you .....!!!!!

Like and comment if you wish:)

Yours sincerely,

Ninuca:)

Note: Guess what is served on the yellow plate and write in comments.:))
