Hello dear readers this time around I am going to share some of my knowledge and experience when it comes to food and preparing daily meals, especially for someone who is conducting the so-called student life. Now we all know that at some point of our lives some of us spend endless days weeks in 1/3 months having a pretty rough and strength study rhythm that sometimes is required to be well prepared to sit an exam or to finish a paper. So as as one engages into this lifestyle it is important to make sure that you are well fed with balanced diet preferably plant-based and when possible consuming producers that have been grown in the vicinity instead of for example going for a certain vegetable or fruit that has been imported from the other side of the planet. So what I'm going to share with this blog post are some of my rituals and practices that I apply when I cook lunch everyday and I must say that I have been doing this for the past 1 and half years so I have some experience in the subject. I think this article speaks clearly to any kind of reader whether you are from the Eastern China or come from the lands from the oceans or even from other parts of the planet everybody eats and as I heard a very nice quote saying to eat is a necessity but eat smart is an art full stop so bare with me as I disclose my routines in preparing every day lunch meals the student friendly Style.

Start with an appetizers

This trick is something that I learnt from my Italian friends and by spending a lot of time during lunch hours with them. What I learned to do is to prepare a very simple appetizer, something can eat before lunch to kinda prepare your stomach for the Big Lunch full stop in this way you so much would be shocked by going from hungry to a state of beginning of a meal. The idea is to slice up some bread and put it in the oven for 10 minutes or until it becomes crispy and Golden Brown. But before you put it in the oven you should use some condiments. A classic is to use garlic paste and drizzle olive oil on top of the sliced bread. Another variant can be to sprinkle some dried oregano and then drizzle olive oil on top of the bread. One of my favorites is when you slice up some cheese and you put it on each slice of bread together with a little bit of alici (very delicious type of fish). but if you say that you don't have anything in the kitchen just sprinkle some salt and a drizzle of olive oil and that will do. This appetizer will also help you to be more conscious of the amount of food you consume and if you have to watch over your weight this is a good way to do it.
