Hot Dog (or Shrimp) Cous Cous
Part 1 Ingredients
- Some pumpkin seeds
- Some sesame seeds
- Hot dogs (or shrimp)
- Mixed frozen vegetables
- Garlic salt to taste
- Fresh pepper to taste
Part 2 Ingredients
- Pinch of kumen
- Pinch of grated ginger (fresh is best!)
- Cous cous (any size)
Cook all in Part 1 in a pan. Put the seeds in first so they brown. Then toss in the dogs after slicing them thinly. Soon after toss in the veggies and season to taste.
When Part 1 is almost done start Part 2. Put cous cous and spices into bowl. Cook water in a kettle (use instructions on box to see how much water. If I recall correctly it's 1:1 ratio but check the box to confirm). One to one-and-half dl of cous cous should be ample.
Once everything is cooked, combine in one bowl and serve.
