Greek soup with Trahanas pasta

Preparation time  : approximately 30λεπτά.

Level of difficulty : Εasy

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 glass of water of trahana
  • 3-4 glasses of water
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 glass of water with milk
  • salt pepper
  • cheese feta , as much as we like


We let the water warm . As soon as it is warmed,  we pour the trahana and we lower the temperature while we continuously are stirring .

You can give a try to see if it has boiled. When it starts getting a porridge look , you can add the milk , the butter  , the salt and the pepper and we let it boil for 10 minutes. Lower the heat or put it away. Let it cool for a while. You can serve with shredded feta cheese and pepper!
