German Apple Pie!
Ingredients:
for the dought:
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter
- 1 vanillasugar
- 80g sugar
- 200g flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
for the crumbles:
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter
- 150 flour
- a bit of cinnamon
cook: 160° in the oven for about 50min (cook the first 25-30 min with aluminium foil over it)
Make one layer of dought, one of apple (or other fruit) and one layer of crumbles
