Eggs sauce

The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine!

In this article I want to tell you about this other recipe, which is a really good one and it's used in many different dishes, because it's a sauce, that everyone will love and you will want to have it on some dishes, such as the fried potatoes and roasted chicken fillets, etc.

This is a sauce with eggs and if you love eating eggs, then you will love it, too, if you ask me.

It had been a very long time since I had been searching for this kind of sauce and it was just recently that i accidentally found this sauce prepared with eggs in the Internet.

So that, let me tell you about this eggs sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs, 3 medium
  • Butter, 75 grams
  • Lemon juice, 1 gram
  • Water, 10 ml

Preparation process

Well, as you can see, there are not many ingredients in this sauce, that you need to buy and, therefore, this is a very cheap dish, and, at the same time, it's very efficient and very comfortable to have it at home, because you can use it whenever you want and you won't feel like you don't have anything delicious to eat with some dishes.

Well, anyways, it's just the eggs, that need some money, however, the three of them don't even cost 1 Lari , if you want to know the truth.

So that, when you want to prepare this eggs sauce, the very first thing you should do is to take a saucepan and have the eggs beaten and you shoud separate the egg yolks from the egg whitesand have the egg yolks poured into the saucepan.

After that, you should add the butter to the egg yolks and then you should add that lemon juice to the mixture into the saucepan.Well, there are lemon juices sold in the bottles in the supermarkets and sometimes it's just better to have a fresh lemon bought and have its juice squeezed out of the lemon and have that added to the mixture.

Then you should take another smaller saucepan and have some water poured into it and let the water get hot. When the water gets hot, you should then put that saucepan with eggs mixture in it on that smaller saucepan and you shoud have them on the heat and you should stir the eggs mixture all the time,so that it won't get burned and stuck on the bottom of the saucepan or something like that.

After the sauce has thickened a little bit, you can then add sone water to it and then you can just turn the gas off and have the lid on the saucepan and just set the saucepan aside, so that the dish will get assembled.

you should eat the sauce hot or warm, because it has this butter in it and if you eat it cold, then it won't have the great tste, if you want to know the truth.

Well, you can use this eggs sauce in many dishes and it's really up to you how you want to use this sauce, because you can even eat it just with the bread and it will be just as delicious as it can be with anything else.

So that, prepare this sauce and use it with some other dishes, especially with fried potatoes, because usuallly people have fried potatoes at home pretty often and they like to have some sauces eaten with them, so that this eggs sace is a pretty good choice in that case, if you ask me.
