Easy recipe: Spartak cake

Ingredients:

  • Three eggs;
  • 20 g cacao;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • Two spoons of honey;
  • 130 g flour;
  • Two teaspoons of leavening agent.

For the cream:

  • 350 ml condensed milk;
  • 150 g butter;
  • Chocolate for decoration.

Preparation:

  1. In one bowl, mix eggs with sugar very well (about 5-10 minutes), then add honey and mix again. In another bowl mix flour, cacao and leavening agent. Then add this mixture in the first bowl.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased parchment paper with the baking tray (35 cm on 30 cm). Put in the oven and leave for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. For the cream, we need to mix butter and condensed milk, and they should be at the same temperature.
  4. Cut the cake in squares and fill it with cream and decorate with crumbs of chocolate.
