Cottage cheese and herbs pie

The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine!

In this article i want to tell you about this other recipe, which is a pretty good one and people like it because it's a pie and you can prepare it and have it on the way in a bag or somewhere else and just enjoy eating it whenever you want to. It's really a great thing to have and it's even good for some parties or gatherings, or picnics and you can just have them with some other things.

You know, there are many different types of such pies, however, this one is pretty light and easy to prepare and very good to eat, so that, if you love pies, I can recommend you eating this one.

So that, this pie is with cottage cheese and some herbs and nothing very special, however, it's really delicious and great.

Well, anyways, let me tell you about the preparation of this pie.

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour, 250grams
  • Butter, 150 grams
  • eggs, 1 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • cottage cheese, 400 grams
  • Sour cream, 150 grams
  • Eggs, 3 medium
  • Herbs, 100-120 grams (parsley, fennel..)
  • Green onions, 10 grams
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheese, 40 grams
  • Oil

Preparation process

So that, the preparation process starts with the preparation of the dough, where you should then put the cottage cheese and herbs filling.

You should take the flour and add the butter and add one egg and 1/4 teaspoon salt and you shoul knead the dough with those ingredients pretty quickly. It's a very simple thing to do, however, many people just don't like doing that, because they don't like preparing some things with the flour, because it's just the flour is everywhere after that no matter how hard you try not to be any flour around. Well, while kneading the dough, you can also add 1 tablespoon of cold water if it needs to.

In the meantime, you can prepare the filling of the pie. You can take the cottage cheese and add the sour cream to it and mix them well together.

After that, you can add the remaining 3 eggs to the mixture and mix them together as well.

Then, you should take the herbs and wassh them and take their leavves and chop them in pretty small pieces.Well, when the herbs are plenty, you can have them in the chopperblender and chopped them there. You can also add some water o them and that way they will get more blended, than chopped and that's pretty awesome. It's really an amazing thing to have this chopper-blender at home, because that way, you can just blend or chop everything together in a simple maneur and without many things getting dirty, if you want to know the truth.

Well, you can either cut the onions into circles or you can chop them and, to be honest, I prefer chopping them, because i don't like those large onions in my dishes and, besides, it's not that good to have them kind of roaming around the filling of the pie. Some people don't even have the onions in their cottage cheese and herbs pie, so that it's really up to you, whether you want to have the onions
