Braciolette di carne alla messinese recepy

Hi everyone 

I recently practiced this amazing recepy that was passed on to me by my mum who also was told by her mum both of them come from sicily a lovely island in Italy, 

I remember eating this dish as a little girl on a Sunday when the family got together ....if I close my eyes I can smell the great food my grandmama made for me 

Now I want to share this easy recepy with you

Ingredients:

Thin slices of lean beef

Breadcrumbs

Garlic

Soresina cheese or similar type  

Olive oil

Fresh parsley

Toothpicks

First you need to flatten the meat using a wooden hammer until quite thin 

Prepare in a food bowl the filling by adding 100 gr.breadcrumbs,crushed garlic 2 cloves,3 spoons of olive oil finally sprinkle parsley

Cut meat In squares

Cut cheese in strips

Fill the meat with breadcrumbs add a few cheese strip roll the meat as to make a little parcel and use a toothpick to make it secure

Fry or cook on barbacue 

These will melt in your mouth
