The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine. Well, now it's another one of my articles about some recipes.

In this article I want to tell you about one salad recipe, which is a very delicious one and it's pretty easy to prepare if you have a chopper-blender, which I happen to have and with the help of that thing everything just seems very easy to prepare and I just love tpreparing those salads, which I can prepare with my chopper-blender and if youdon't have one, I suggest you buying it, because it's a "life made easier" thing.

Well, I don't really know, whether his salad has its official name, however I remember this salad from my childhood and I remember, that they used to call it a "Beef Salad" and it was simply just like that. Well, that was because the salad was mainly prepared from beef and it had redishes, too. and those two were the main ingredients, basically. It's our favourite salad in our family and we usually have it, especially on special occassions.

So, I will tell you about the preparation of this salad.

Ingredients:

  • Beef, 1 kilogramme
  • redishes, 10 medium
  • Fresh coriander, 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise, 5 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Onions, 2 small

Preparation process

The preparation process starts with cooking the beef pieces. The meat should be lean and it should not have many bones, though you can just leave those bones out and have the lean meat for your salad. However, I prefer choosing to buy the lean meat, and, besides, you pay more for the bones as they make the meat pieces weigh more and, hence, you pay more. So that, it's better to buy the lean beef in the supermarket, or in bazaars in Georgia and you can then cut them into medium sized cubes and cook them.

Well, we usually wash the beef pieces until we cook them, however I know some people, who just don't wash the beef at all. The best thing is to pour some water onto those beef pieces and let the water boil and then just spill that water out and then pour some new water into the saucepan on that beef pieces and fill the saucepan if you want to, and then cook the beef pieces just the way they should be cooked.

If you don't want to do that, you can just use that firstly added water and when it boils, you should take that thing, that the water gets on the top and after some time, you can just leave the beef like that on a medium heatand let the water be boiling for some time, until the beef pieces are cooked. You can also add some salt and onions and pepper to the beef, so that the beef pieces will be cooked like a dish and if you don't want to use all the  beef into your salad , you  can easily eat them and usually, they are pretty delicious.

Well, it takes a few hours for the beef pieces to be cooked, however, it all depends on the meat. Sometimes, it gets cooked very easily and quickly and sometimes it doesn't. For the information, if you buy young cow's beef, it will be cooked quicklier, than other usual beef.

So, when you taste the beef pieces, they should be easily detachable from each other. And you should taste them, too, and see whether they are cooked or not. after that, you can take he beef pieces out of the stock and have them in a bowl or a large plate and let them get cooled down, because you can not deal with them when they are hot, of course.

In the meantime, you can prepare the other ingredients. I mean, preparing the radishes is a little bit tricky, however, some people like preparing them, if you want to know the truth. So, you just need the radishes to be shredded or something like that, because they should be small and thin and long pieces, so that they will look better in the salad. There are these shredders, where you can have those radishes shredded with your bare hands, which is a little bit uncomfortable. However, when you have this chopper-blender, you can easily put those radishes into it and it will shred them with the right type of knife in it. Of course, first you have to wash the radishes and kind of peel them and if they are larger than the place in the chopper-blender, then you should cut them into halves or into some pieces. Then you can easily shred them in the chopper-blender. And that's why it's very comfortable to have that machine and that way you will enjoy your cooking and you will cook with pleasure.

After you have shredded the radishes, then you can wash the fresh coriander and chop it. You can also do that with your chopper-blender, however, I prefer chopping the coriander myself with a knife.

When you have done those things, you can peel the onions and wash them and chop them. That I do with my chopper-blender and it's a pretty easy way to chop the onions without tears coming down on your cheeks. After you have chopped the onions you can pour some oil on a frying pan and put it on the gas and then add the chopped onions onto the frying pan. Then you can stir occassionally, so that the onions won't get burned and then you can add some salt to the onions when they get golden in colour. When you turn the gas off you can wait for the onions to get cooled down.

In the meantime, you can have the beef pieces make like small sticks or something like that. You can use the chopper-blender for that, too. it's really easy to have  them turn into small pieces and you can chop them as much as you want. I usuallly don't chop them too much.

Well, when you have done everything mentioned above, you can just go ahead and mix those ingredients all together very well. You should also add the mayonnaise to your taste and season the dish and you can add the ground black pepper to the dish, too, if you want to. The mayonnaise gives the dish its special taste, so that the dish doesn't need any other spices or whatever.

So, after you have mixed all the ingredients together, all you need to do is taste it and see whether it lacks something or not and then you can put it into the refrigerator and have it like hat for some time, because during that time the ingredients will mix together very well and they will become one dish, which will be very delicious.

you can prepare this beef salad whenever you want to eat it, because it's pretty easy to be pprepared and it doesn't need too many ingredients, you can even skip the steps of adding the onions and you can leave them out if you don't want to add them or if you don't like having onions in your dishes and salads, etc. Some people even love the raw onions in their salad ,so that they just chop them or slice them and add them to the beef and radishes. For me, personally, I don't like having raw onions in my dishes, because when you it those dishes, then you have this strange smell from your mouth, which bothers other people around you and while you may not notice it, the others notice it and they don't want to be nearby you uin that moment. That's why people don't really use raw onions in the prepared dishes in the supermarkets and family diners and places like that, I guess, because they prepare dishes for the majority of people and the majority eat those dishes during their breaks from their jobs or something like that and they don't want to smell bad while being on the work, of course.

Anyways, this salad is a very easy preparable salad when you have that chopper-blender and you will just love its taste, so that, trust me, and prepare that salad when you can and you won't prepare any other salad that often.
