Hey guys, today I’m uploading a recipe I created on my own to make some cookies. I made them very often so when I was with my friends watching a movie we just ate some home-made cookies. They are made quite quickly and all you need is the following ingredients:

  • 1 apple cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • 100g of chocolate (the chocolate you prefer) please cut it as well into small pieces
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup müsli
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 250 g of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

We pre-heat the oven at 175°C and we prepare a baking tray putting a piece of baking paper on it.
We cut the apple into pieces and put it into a bowl. We put into the same bowl the rum and put it aside. Then we cut the chocolate into small pieces. Then we take another bowl in which we putt he flour, the baking poder, the muesli and the cinnamon. In another bowl we put he butter (which has to be soft) and the sugar and we mix it well. Then we put this mixture into the other bowl (the flour-müsli-bowl) and we add the apples with the ron and the chocolate as well. When everything has been mixed well, we take a spoon and put small heaps of the dough/mixture onto the baking sheet. We leave some space between every “cookie” because they’ll get bigger once they are in the oven.

Then we put the baking tray into the oven and leave it in there 15 to 20 minutes until the cookies are bigger and a little bit browner.

When we take them out of the oven, please let them cool a little bit so they won’t break.

Enjoy! :)
