Ingredients:
Cake:
4 eggs
Flour 2 cups
1.5 cups of sugar
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 cup of oil
1 cup of hot water

Cream:
2 packages of cream
1 package of mascarpone

Fruits of the forest
strawberries taste
chocolate taste

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl and mix well.
Line a form with parchment paper and pour the prepared.
Bake until cooked through.
Unmold and cool.
Divide the cake into 3 equal parts and reserve.
Wash and dry the fruit, cut the strawberries into slices, but reserve some for decoration.
Whip the cream and sweeten to taste, mix the mascarpone and stir until smooth.
Fill making layers of cake, custard and fruit ...
Decorate with chocolate and taste the fruits that you booked.

Remarks:
You can make chocolate decorations, a tablet melt in the microwave. Arrange in the prepared pastry bag and handle it in a circular shape (for circles) with a spatula spread the chocolate on top of parchment paper, let dry and cut into pieces (for the sides).

Ingredients:
6 eggs
200g Sugar
180g flour
Baking powder to taste

3 packets of chocolate sticks
Strawberry Compote
1 box of strawberries
2 packages of cream
200g mascarpone
Sugar to taste
strawberry topping

Preparation:
Make the cake beating the eggs with the sugar. Combine flour and baking powder.
Grease a mild form with butter and dough in the oven until cooked.
Unmold and cool.

Make a sugar syrup by adding a few tablespoons of sugar and twice the water. Simmer a few minutes and you add two or three tablespoons of jam.
Cut the cake in half and sprinkle it with sugar syrup.
Cut the strawberries into slices and set aside.

Arrange the base of the cake in form of removable rim and distribute the sticks around.
Whip the cream and add the whipped cream into mascarpone and sugar needed.
Arrange the cream over the cake and some strawberries.
Mount the latter half of the cake and cover with the remaining cream.
Take the refrigerator for a few hours to cool off.

Remarks:
This was the cake I made for the birthday of an Italian boy. A wet cake and very creamy.

Chiffon cake Chocolate

Ingredients:
½ cup cocoa (I used chocolate powder)
175gr flour
1 + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
300 gr sugar (I used 200g)
6 eggs
½ cup of cooking oil
¾ cup of boiling water
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 bit of salt

Filling:
200ml Cream
100g mascarpone
Strawberries taste

Compote of red berries:
200g of frozen soft fruits
50g sugar
1 tablespoon water (if necessary)

Coverage:
200ml of fresh cream
200g dark chocolate

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190 º C.
Melt chocolate in boiling water, allow to cool slightly.
Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Open a hole in the middle and pour the oil and then the egg yolks. Mix well and add the water in which dissolved the cocoa, beat until all bubbles do.
Separately, beat the egg whites with baking soda in the castle.
Wrap clear carefully mass with a spoon.
Pour the dough in a large greased lightly.
Bake until cooked (test toothpick in the center).
With a knife loosen the cake from the sides and form desenforme.o on a plate.
Leave to cool.

Meanwhile wash the strawberries and cut them in half, leaving them to air dry.

Remarks:
I made this cake to celebrate the birthday of a person that I love ... chocolate cake is one of her favorite cakes.
I opted for a chiffon cake, because I have the idea that they are always right ... despite never having made this recipe, I decided to risk it.
Regarding the cake reducing sugar used as chocolate powder, cocoa instead it is bitter, on the other hand also untei the form ... I do not know ... it seemed a little crazy to leave the cake to their fate, so I put just a little butter, just for Discharge of consciousness :)

Yummy chocolate and strawberry


Cake simple and fast
Ingredients:
6 eggs
200g Sugar
170g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
40g cocoa powder

Strawberries
4 or 5 tablespoons of sugar

Add the sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.

Unmold and cool.
Take the strawberries with sugar on the stove until they are almost broken.

Make the whipped cream as the packaging instructions.
Cut the cake in half and fill with strawberry jam and whipped cream.
Assemble the cake and cover with the remaining whipped cream.

Serve well chilled.

Remarks:
It could not be simpler and faster, a cake fluffy and full of flavor ... I think only lacked the strawberries in half of the whipped cream ... great for any occasion.

Ingredients:
3 egg whites

1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 tablespoon vinegar dessert

2 tablespoons of mascarpone.

Preparation:
Beat the egg whites and add the sugar, beat well until dissolved.
Stir in cornstarch and vinegar.
Line a form with parchment paper and pour the prepared.
Bake on low heat for 1h 20min.
Let cool well.
Before serving, whip the cream and stir in mascarpone.
Pour the prepared upon sigh.
Wash strawberries and dry them.

For mother's day out ... a delicious ... pavlova ...

Wash and dry the strawberries.

Remarks:
This pie was totally dedicated to my father, creamy and very colorful.
Bage can replace cremim by a homemade pastry cream or curd to taste.
Gelatin is optional but should be used with antecidência do so when the gelatin esteje already getting solid, but not completely.

Ingredients:
2 packs of Caramel Pudding
1l of milk
sugar to taste
300g oreo cookies
100g of cream cheese
400ml double cream
strawberries and raspberries qb

Preparation:
Make pudding according to package directions, using 1 liter of milk and a few tablespoons of sugar.
Leave the pudding to solidify in the refrigerator.
Whip the cream with 4 tablespoons sugar, add the cream cheese and caramel pudding bit by bit.
Crush the biscuits and cut the strawberries into slices.
Arrange the wafers in a bowl, cream, biscuits and more strawberries and raspberries, make another layer of biscuits, wafers and again cream.
Decorate to taste and bring to the refrigerator for a few hours.

Remarks:
This is a real sweet delights .... loved him since the first time I tasted it. The original recipe does not contain strawberries and raspberries, but gave it a touch super delicious.
Next time I will try with vanilla pudding or even pineapple.
If you want you can put the dessert in a cup glaze and decorate with flowers, putting dessert on the table ... does anyone find it is a sweet?

Ingredients:
300g digestive biscuits or maria
margarine qb
4 natural yoghurt
1 package of cream
6 teaspoons of sugar
5 gelatin sheets
1 package strawberry gelatin
strawberries taste

Preparation:
Write gelatin as indicated on the package.
Crush the biscuits and add him semi-melted butter until a grainy dough moist but if you prefer you can add 1 tablespoon of milk.
Place dough in a form of wafers with hoop.
Place the gelatine leaves in cold water to hydrate.
Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and gently add the yogurt.
Dissolve the gelatin in a little strawberry gelatin and add the cream.
Arrange the custard cream over the wafer batter.

Remove from oven and let cool.

If you prefer a cake cooler and damp drizzle with a little jelly or strawberry syrup.
Open the cake in half with a large knife and set aside.
Whip the cream into whipped cream with sugar.
Arrange some cream over one half of the cake.
Sprinkle with chunks of strawberries and strawberry coulis.
Close the cake with the other party and fill with the remaining cream.

Remarks:
Molotof is a dessert that I love since childhood, but always made the traditional way, now do several variations and are always good, sometimes it with caramel, lemon, cinnamon, cream egg or even strawberry.

Strawberry Compote

Ingredients:
500g Strawberry
300g Sugar
1 or 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation:

Remarks:
