What is it like to live in Ankara? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Ivv been in Ankara for three weeks now, and I am getting really comfortable here, the weather is so cool, too easy to love around the city, the centre (Kazily) is near to every place and easy to attend, you can use bus or metro to reach to anywhere. What a wonderful place to live.

What is the student lifestyle like in Ankara?

For every student two necessary things to live and study, the transportation and safety, and both are well maintained here. So I highly recommend especially with good system of education in Turkey.

How much does it cost to live in Ankara?

Ivv been to many places before, middle east, Morocco, Europe, and yet Ankara is the cheapest one of them all, so you can live with just 100 dollars for a hole month. And 100 dollars to rent a big home. Affordable for everyone.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Ankara? Is there any advice you can give?

You can find home for rent in every place here, the owners are very friendly and no restrictions for new arrivals, so again it's so easy to deal with them and live here in Ankara.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Traditional food in Turkey is so delicious, also u can find McDonald's, KFC, and everything, but for me I'll go with Iskander, a traditional food here that I really enjoyed.

What places would you recommend visiting in Ankara?

For the new arrivals I recommend Kizily the city centre where you can find anything, and for those who want to get a classy place to live and enjoy life I recommend Chilyuo.

Is it good to eat out in Ankara? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

In Chilyuo u can find a classy restaurant,a bit expensive but worth to try, a good welcome and special food.

Is the nightlife good in Ankara? Where is good to go?

In kizily u can a 24h non stop life, you can do everything in day light or night, clubs, bars, restaurants and malls, so for nightlife I highly recommend Kizily.

What advice would you give future students heading to Ankara?

Don't hesitate, it's a good experience and good way to start your journey, you will enjoy it. And for sure you will never regret going to Ankara .
