Why did you choose to go to Lisbon, Portugal?

I choose Lisbon because of nice weather and beautiful nature. Also there was many people who recommended me this beautiful country :)

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I've got my scholarship for 6 months. I got 280 € Erasmus scholarship and an extra 150 € from my country.

What is the student lifestyle like in Lisbon?

It's great. There are people very friendly, so you can met a lot of great people here. Also professors are really kind, so till now I don't have any problems.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Lisbon to other students?

Definitely. This country is really beautiful, and the food is so good (I love Pastel de Nata) and there are also great parties... :) You just need to come here :)

What is the food like?

It's really good. Because I like fish, I have a lot of choice :)

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Lisbon?

I found my accommodation really quickly on internet.

How much does it cost to live in Lisbon?

I think that with all bills, food and everything around 350-400€ per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language is very hard, so I'm still learning it. Yes there are courses, but I don't attending them, because I attend an EILC language program in Tomar.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lisbon from your city?

I have a monthly card for metro and I think that this is the most economical way to travek here.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lisbon?

I would recommend Bairro Alto, Pink street, Main, Lust...

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Lisbon?

I don't know, because I mostly eat at home.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Tomar, Sintra, some beaches around Lisbon, Porto...every city is beautiful :)

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Lisbon in the future?

Yust enjoy your staying here :)
