This sunny studio apartment for rent on Via della Balduina is on the 4th floor. It has a huge terrace that you can access from the kitchen and the open-plan living and bedroom. The terrace doesn’t have furniture, but that’s something you can easily fix if you want. The studio has tile floors, which keeps it cool in the summer.
