This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on the individual rack inside the apartment. Water bills are fixed at 24 euros per month. Wi-Fi is installed on the property, however it is not activated.
