- Example: if your contract term is 6 months, and you move in on the 10th January, you will pay a €90 admin fee (6 x €15) and the water and internet fee for January, before you move in. Then, before the beginning of February, you will pay the water and internet fee for February.
- Breach of tenancy agreement: €600 penalty
