- WE ONLY ACCEPT SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS
You need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
Bills are not included in the monthly rent. If your stay is between 5 and 11 months, the deposit is equal to 2 months rent.
