The day area has a comfortable living room where materials such as brick and wood are exposed to be part of the decoration. The dining room and kitchen are integrated into the space, the latter has everything you need to cook from the day of arrival. The night area has 2 double bedrooms, each with a closet. One of them has a practical desk to study or work, as appropriate. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The apartment also has a terrace to relax from everyday life. The bedrooms and the play area have direct access to this space. The apartment has heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: Almost at the end of Las Ramblas and before meeting the statue of Columbus, we find this apartment, located steps from La Rambla, famous and busy street that invites you to walk it from start to finish to the beat of the stalls that are on both sides and sell everything from flowers to ice cream, in addition to the various restaurants and bars that open their terraces to the road. The apartment is located 4 minutes from the Plaza Real where you can enjoy the gastronomic offer of the restaurants and nightlife of the locals who are located there; 3 minutes from the Gran Teatre del Liceu; and the assorted and popular Boqueria market. One of the most important landmarks of the city is undoubtedly Plaza Catalunya, a 12-minute walk away, where you can find metro and train lines, stores and boutiques, restaurants and all kinds of commerce. The "Liceu" station (L3) is a 4 minute walk away.

- Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
- Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.

- OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
- 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
- 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
- *Ask the agent in each particular case.
- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
