This stylishly decorated 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect balance between old and new. It has all new appliances (there is even a coffee machine!!) along with quaint details, like exposed brick and roof beams. This apartment will charm you! With two balconies, the apartment boasts both internal and street views and loads of natural light. While the second bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, the first bathroom is certainly not lacking in space or privacy.

El Raval is found to the west of Les Rambles between two of Barcelona’s major markets, El Mercat de Sant Josep (better known as La Boquería) and El Mercat de Sant Antoni. As the former red light district of Barcelona, El Raval is a diverse and thriving area with plenty of points of interest and entertainment. The area provides plenty of bars (of the cocktail and tapas kind) and supermarkets. The Jardins de les Voltes d'en Cirés is a quick 3-minute walk away and provides green space.

  • Deposit:
    • Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month
    • More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent

    • You have 3 options to pay the balance:
    • Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
    • Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
    • Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
    • For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
  • Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.
