Bigos - another traditional polish dish - pretty fatty but good for hangover or before drinking
What places would you recommend visiting in Warsaw?
Old Town
Copernicus Centre
Uprising Museum
Łazienki Królewskie - park and palace
bank of the Vistula River
Is it good to eat out in Warsaw? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
There is a lot of restaurants, bars and fast-food places in Warsaw, and the prices are not so expensive. Food in Poland is pretty cheap however Warsaw is the most expensive city. I can totally recommend Zapiecek restaurants - there is plenty of them, especially nearby the Old Town, another good place is Manekin - in the centre, which is famous because of delicious pancakes.
Is the nightlife good in Warsaw? Where is good to go?
There is a lot of pubs in the city centre, especially at Nowy Świat street, and the area called 'Pawilony', also nearby Metro Politechnika there is plenty of nice pubs In the summer I could recommend the bank of the Vistula River where is a lot of diverse places you can drink, and also Temat Rzeka on the right side, under the bridge. Clubs are situated mostly in the city centre, between Metro Ratusz Arsenał - Metro Politechnika.
