Why did you choose to go to Warsaw, Poland?

I am really interested in Eastern countries and Poland was a great opportunity to discover people who live in one of those countries, even if Poland is really similar in some things to our country.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

6 months. I receive a help from €235 per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Warsaw?

Lot of parties, but also discoveries with free tours.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Warsaw to other students?

I really recommend coming in Warsaw. Currently, I am studying at Collegium Civitas and this school located in the Palace of culture and science is really good.

What is the food like?

Like German or Eastern countries food: traditional food mostly with potatoes.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Warsaw?

It was really easy.

How much does it cost to live in Warsaw?

It’s really cheap, around €300 for a room in a shared flat.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Polish is difficult to learn but courses are available.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Warsaw from your city?

Surely the plane.

Where would you recommend going on a night out in Warsaw?

Park Klub.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Palace of Culture and Science, some museums in Łazienki Park and malls which are really different.
