Why did you choose to go to Warsaw, Poland?

I don't know why.. Randomly I guess

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I used to receive about 400 euros per month for 4 months from E.U.

What is the student lifestyle like in Warsaw?

student lifestyle is different than Erasmus lifestyle :) My lifestyle was beers, parties, walking in the beautiful city of Warsaw, etc
Student lifestyle is like every place in Europe, I guess

Would you recommend the city and the University of Warsaw to other students?

About the city, DEFINATELY YES.
As far as the University I can't help you, because I studied at Warsaw Universtity of Technology (very good)

What is the food like?

You can find everything to eat there. A lot of fast foods, and of course places with local food. Local food is really good, espesially pierogi.
You can find everything in Supermarkets and the prices are low.
The cheapest one is "Biedronka"

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Warsaw?

I stayed in a dormitory, and the room costed me about 100 euros per month

How much does it cost to live in Warsaw?

I used to spend around 100 euros per month for the room and 200 for supermarket and going out, Poland is a very cheap country. You can also travel around the country with Polski Bus, the cheapest bus I have ever seen.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

there are available courses in Warsaw University of Technology. THe language is difficult, but you can do everthing in English

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Warsaw from your city?

I live in Athens and I took a plane

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Warsaw?

Warsaw never sleeps!
Pawilony: an underground place with cheap pubs
Park Club: A club exclusivelly for Erasmus students
Praga: The "dangerous" side of Wisla
Check the orrientation week of Warsaw University of Technology

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Warsaw?
