It depends on of what you search. Good flat next to the city center it's around 300-350 euros, I think.

Yes for sure! Great experience, and a good occasion to meet people!

You can find all the restaurants that you want : Japanese Food, American food, Indian food, Italian food, French food, Polish food, it depends on of what you are looking for. However, like the price are not so expensive, you can often go to restaurants if you have the budget.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Cultural Palace, Lazienki Castle, and some museums.
