Why did you choose to go to Warsaw, Poland?

I didn’t chose, it was the only internship I got. It is a nation where I had never thought of going but that I loved ! I would definitely go back. I don’t regret going there, instead I tried and discovered something new and was not disappointed!

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

800€ for two months

What is the student lifestyle like in Warsaw?

It is a young city, there are lots of students. Especially in bars and by Cud Nad Wisla during the summer, I definitely recommend this place by the way. I met all my friends there.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Warsaw to other students?

Definitely !

What is the food like?

Pretty much like in France. You can find basic stuff like vegetables, pastas, pizzas, etc. There are small stores everywhere and it is open late, even on sunday. As for the restaurant, Warsaw is a big city, you have restaurant literally every where. McDonalds, kfc, Starbucks, subway,etc. Nothing to worry about !

No I took it on air bnb

How much does it cost to live in Warsaw?

Not much. Life is not expensive, you can eat for almost nothing, transports are not expensive either.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

No it is not easy aha. French people are known for being bad in foreign languages though. The letters, the sounds, it is really close to Russian. Nothing like French or English so personally as I was not used to this I found it difficult.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Warsaw from your city?

I went by plane, it is not expensive, I would say around 200e but I think you can definitely find cheaper prices if you book early enough.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Warsaw?

Cud nad wisla in the summer ! I think it is the best place in Warsaw, wether it is to spend the night or the day. You can either tan by the river, or dance and have fun in the several clubs there. I met all my friends there and

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Warsaw?

McDonald’s is always a good idea
