life in Poland is very pleasant, with people who are nothing but sociable and welcoming

yes , definitely

What is the food like?

It is rich in various kinds of meat (pork, chicken, beef) and famous for its excellent bread and delicious sausages (better than German!).

500 zeloty per month i pay for living in the dormitory

How much does it cost to live in Warsaw?

average monthly cost is 1500 zeloty .

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

i think grammar is hard in this language but if you try you can learn...
