What is it like to live in Warsaw? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I'm originally from Poland but from a smaller city, when I moved to Warsaw I was surprised about the variety of opportunities this city gives, like interesting cultural events, lectures, parties etc. There is much more going on here because it's a capital city.

Honestly, Warsaw is the most expensive city in Poland. This cause some problems especially when it comes to accomodation but studenst from abroad shouldn't have this problem because Poland is cheap in general.

If you want to find a decent appartmenet it might be difficult but three is also a dormitory which is very popular among my friends (much cheaper). For finding an appartment tho I reccomend websides like: OLX.pl or gumtree.pl

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Polish food is really good but we have more and more restaurants with foreign food here too, so the choice is very broad.

Eating in restaurants is good but might be too expencive in a longer time, althought we have some really cheap places especially for students.

My fav sport is dancing but I also go to the gym.
