Is it difficult to find accommodation in Vilnius? Is there any advice you can give?

It is not difficult. There are many apartments for rent and obviously if you want to be specifically on the center it could cost little bit more.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I am "special" with food so I have not tried too much dishes. Anyway, in the Baltics everything is made of potatoes and pork.

Awesome! Mojito is playing Latin Music all Friday and Saturdays but you know... if you are looking for something more "european", maybe Salento and Coccain Club suits for you.

Come to Vilnius, wear a sweater because it is f*cking cold but enjoy a lot!
