I'm here for 9 weeks and i reveive 300 euros per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Vilnius?

There are lots of parties, lots of meetings and new friendship, lots of restaurants (because it's very cheap)...

Would you recommend the city and the University of Vilnius to other students?

Yes, definitely!

What is the food like?

There are lot's of meal made with potatoes.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Vilnius?

I live in the Erasmus dormitory, it's very cheap and it permits to meet lot's of people.

How much does it cost to live in Vilnius?

It depends if you often go on party and to the restaurant! I would say 400 euros per month, food and accomodation include.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I don't understand many things in lithuanian, but english is enough to survive there.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Vilnius from your city?

By plane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Vilnius?

The most famous Erasmus club is Salento, but there others very good bars like Bix baras.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Vilnius?

Forest, La crêpe...

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Gediminas castle, Trakai, and many very beatiful churches.
