I don't think it's difficult to find accomodation, much more affordable than e.g. in London

local food is excellent and international food is easily available.

St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Prater, Kärntner Strasse

Vapiano but also many excellent small restaurants

Yes, 1st district, and there are night buses
