Depends on the district but you can find cheap apartments from 450 upwards.

I think it's pretty easy and you can ask the local students for help.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You have every kind of food: Austrian, Chinese, Turkish, Bosnian, Indian, Italian and you can get a good menu for about 8-10 €.
