What is it like to live in Vienna? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
I would only recommend it in the summer to be honest because in the winter, it‘s too cold and windy to go out.
What is the student lifestyle like in Vienna?
Well, it‘s basically studying, exams and parties.
How much does it cost to live in Vienna?
Six hundred euros per month and you‘ll be fine.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Vienna? Is there any advice you can give?
No it‘s easy there are many websites to get a room in a shared flat.
What is the food like? What are your favorite dishes?
Schnitzel is the only dish I recommend. They have many good desserts there like Apfelstrudel or Sachertorte.
What places would you recommend visiting in Vienna?
Schloss Schonbrunn, Opera House at Karlsplatz, Albertina Museum, Volkstheater, Prater, Stadtpark and Donauinsel.
Is it good to eat out in Vienna? Can you tell us your favorite spots?
Yes! Marcos Fresh Greek, Salud, 1516 and Turkis.
Is the nightlife good in Vienna? Where is good to go?
Yes but if you are too many men or if you’re not dressed fancy enough you will not be able to enter. VIP, Pratersauna, Praterdome, Danzon.
What advice would you give future students heading to Vienna?
Travel a lot!
