What is it like to live in Vienna? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Music, Concerts , pure culture and art, beside student dorm parties.

What is the student lifestyle like in Vienna?

Students have a great community and great chance to enjoy their study period in Vienna. However dealing with university issues, professors and courses is a bit difficult but everything else is cool.

How much does it cost to live in Vienna?

actually its a bit expensive and you should be careful about your expenses. transport, restaurants and accommodation are generally high. around 700-800 EUR could be enough for you as student.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Vienna? Is there any advice you can give?

finding a flat or apartment its not that much hard. beside there are some institutions to help students to find dorm or WG. BE AWARE, if you are moving to dormitory you should be careful. respect the rules and pay your payments in the time. they consider penalty for late payments.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

I just tried thousands of deutsch cookies for breakfast (are amazing), and wide range of sausages.

What places would you recommend visiting in Vienna?

1516, and just ask for beer in the JAR!!!

Is it good to eat out in Vienna? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

personally, i couldn't any remarkable restaurant in Vienna for local dishes. but there are many indian, italian foods that i usually checked.
